hi, i see people buying troll tusks for anywhere up to 20g per tusk (mountain trolls)...what exactly do they do with all those tusks? do they trade them to the collector for items to salvage or something?

They trade them with a collector to sell the item they get back and make a small profit.
Quite lame if I may say...

for 5 tusks you get an item worth 125g (making each tusk worth 25g)
Most people buy them for about 15g each and make a 10g profit/tusk

The run is easy, load up on henchies from the warcamp and head north, keep to the east side of the map and half way up you will see a collector

If you want to do this run make sure you empty out your inventory before leaving

You can just solo run it, and some people salvage the tusks for bones.
